Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA seeks dedicated Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings. Flexible scheduling and supportive supervision help you grow your ABA career.

We offer paid training, certification support, and opportunities across multiple openings. Schedules run 3:00 PM–8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM on weekends; pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) encouraged.
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families

• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Benefits & Schedule:

• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
