Job summary
Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Medior/Senior SCADA DevOps Engineer for Power Management Systems in the Netherlands, based in Utrecht or Eindhoven. You will maintain and enhance mission‑critical EMS/SCADA infrastructure, translate requirements into technical specs, and work within a multidisciplinary team on energy transition challenges.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or related field.
- Several years of experience with SCADA systems in energy or utility environments.
- Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize performance of SCADA systems across high‑voltage electricity networks.
- Develop automation solutions for upgrades, patches and configuration management.
- Coordinate incident resolution under pressure, including Priority-one scenarios.
- Maintain runbooks, protocols and documentation for power management systems.
