Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in electronics or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant system engineering experience.
• Hands-on engineering mindset with cross-discipline collaboration.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and test environments.

Responsibilities

• Involves the project lifecycle from proposal support and requirements analysis to design coordination, integration, testing, and customer reviews.
• Translate customer needs into feasible system concepts and technical solutions.
• Derive system decomposition across hardware, firmware, software, and test equipment.
• Support technical proposals, including feasibility, planning, risks and development needs.
• Coordinate technical discussions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Produce and coordinate system design documentation, including test plans and procedures.
• Support technical reviews with customers (PDR, CDR, TRR and milestones).
• Coordinate system configuration, integration and testing activities.
