Job summary

ISISPACE Group in Delft is seeking a Project Management Assistant to bolster our project management team, providing structured support to Project Managers delivering complex satellite projects.

You will keep project schedules up to date, track budgets, support resource planning, and coordinate between teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution. This role focuses on execution support, not ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / University of Applied Sciences level in a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in a project support or project coordination role
• Solid experience with MS Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset
• Energetic team player with a positive attitude
• Role focuses on execution support without end-to-end management responsibility

Responsibilities

• Provide daily coordination and administrative support to Project Managers
• Maintain and update project schedules, plans, and tracking tools
• Support resource planning across projects
• Track and maintain project budgets, including financial data updates
• Coordinate procurement activities and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and configuration records
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record actions, and follow up on deliverables
• Monitor project progress and report status updates to the Project Manager, including risks and issues
• Ensure project data is accurate, complete, and up to date across systems
