Job summary

RED Global seeks a Dutch-speaking SAP SD OTC Business Analyst to join our team in Utrecht, Netherlands. You will work on SAP SD/OTC processes and OTC optimization with business units to deliver value-added improvements.

The role covers requirements gathering, testing, and delivering improvements in sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and master data. Dutch fluency is mandatory, and SAP ECC or S/4HANA experience is preferred.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking SAP SD OTC Business Analyst with experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

FMCG/Consumer Goods industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch language (mandatory).
• Strong experience in SAP SD & OTC processes.
• Experience as SAP SD Functional Consultant / Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, and customer master processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• FMCG industry experience preferred.
