Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking an SAP OTC subject matter expert to lead process improvements, system enhancements, and cross‑functional engagement from our Leiden office in the Netherlands.

In this hybrid role, you will provide advanced system support, troubleshoot issues, test integrations for new clients, and drive KPI improvements across OTC processes while collaborating with global and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; no specific major required.
• 3+ years' experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of SAP OTC and advanced business processes.
• Strong business English communication and stakeholder influence.
• Project management capability and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced SAP OTC system support to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and test integrations for new clients, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate globally and regionally with other departments and suppliers.
• Gatekeeper of processes, approvals, and compliance; document procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI improvements in OTC processes.
