Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking a Data Readiness Lead to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will establish data foundations, including master data management, governance, controls, and business readiness, reporting to the Head of Data.

You will drive data standards, validate requirements, monitor progress, and address data quality issues before migration. Strong stakeholder management and hands-on SAP-enabled transformation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data readiness, master data, or data governance initiatives within ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data controls, data ownership, and governance frameworks.
• Experience defining data standards, business rules, and data validation processes.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders to capture and challenge requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA programmes and associated data requirements.
• Strong project management, planning, and tracking skills.
• Confident, resilient, and able to drive accountability across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data readiness and governance initiatives for the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Define data standards, business rules and validation processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT and external consultancy to gather requirements.
• Ensure data is fit for migration and monitor data quality issues before go-live.
