Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PP PI QM Consultant with expertise in SAP PP & QM module to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical knowledge in SAP's Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Understanding business needs related to production planning and quality management, and translating them into functional requirements for SAP PP and QM.
• Solution Design and Configuration: Designing and configuring the SAP system to align with the identified business requirements, including master data, production processes, quality control procedures, and integration points with other modules.
• Implementation and Testing: Leading or participating in the implementation of SAP PP and QM modules, including system configuration, testing, and data migration.
• Training and Support: Providing end-user training on SAP PP and QM functionalities, and offering ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system operation.
• Project Management: Managing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables related to SAP PP and QM implementations, often working with cross-functional teams.
• Integration Management: Ensuring seamless integration of SAP PP and QM with other relevant SAP modules like Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the SAP landscape.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to SAP PP and QM, often involving debugging and working with technical teams.
• He/she must be responsible for understanding an organizations business requirements, sorting out the business users day-to-day queries.
• Must take part in ACCB (Change Control) to approve/disapprove the change request.
• Also need to support into the S4 HANA transformation discussion.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's and Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PPPI consulting or implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into SAP functionalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, conduct training, and document processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and multicultural environments.
