As a Senior Business Central Consultant, you translate complex financial processes into clear structures and efficient workflows, enabling clients to make faster and more strategic decisions in a dynamic market. Together with your team, you will work on solutions that simplify and optimize the commodity trading sector. What truly energizes you? Your role as a senior Business Central consultant

In this role, you will be the key person responsible for configuring the financial modules within Business Central and tailoring the solution to the specific needs of commodity traders. You will help clients streamline their financial processes, improve reporting, and support strategic decision-making. By implementing innovative solutions, you ensure clients derive long-term value from technology, keeping them competitive and successful.

What will you do?

• Lead financial workshops and translate client needs into Cloud4Commodities solutions within Business Central.
• Configure financial modules in Business Central with a focus on accounting, reporting, and budgeting for commodity traders.
• Proactively manage risks, identifying challenges within financial processes and providing solutions to support the client’s strategic goals.
• Test financial processes to ensure they meet client needs and financial standards.
• Optimize financial reporting and ensure reports are generated effectively from Business Central.
• Guide migration projects, ensuring a smooth and careful transition while contributing to the client's long-term strategy.
• Provide training sessions for clients to familiarize them with financial processes within Business Central and help them optimize workflows.

This is you:

You have experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and a solid foundation in financial processes. Knowledge of or affinity with the commodity trading sector is a plus but not required. You know how to translate client needs into practical solutions that align with their strategy and day-to-day operations, contributing to efficiency, insight, and growth.

You identify bottlenecks in processes and know how to turn them into concrete improvements. You work closely with clients, ensuring engagement and buy-in at every stage of the project. You are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy being constructively critical if it helps achieve a better outcome.

You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and building quality together. You work independently, take initiative, and easily switch between content, process, and communication. This way, you help clients move forward and, together with the team, ensure successful implementations.

Since many of our clients and team activities are in Dutch, you are willing to learn Dutch if you are not yet fluent, to collaborate effectively with your colleagues and clients.
