Responsibilities

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP logistics modules, with a minimum of 5 years focused on SAP EWM.
• Deliver functional support and enhancements across core SAP EWM processes, including: Inbound and Outbound Processing, Putaway and Picking Strategies, Warehouse Task and Warehouse Order Management, RF Framework and Device Integration, Physical Inventory, Yard Management, Labor Management (if applicable).
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests in line with defined SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend system improvements and preventive measures to enhance stability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with technical (ABAP) teams for debugging, system enhancements, and the development of customized solutions.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and propose efficient EWM solutions aligned with business goals.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and user training for new functionalities and process changes.
• Ensure compliance with change management and governance standards across all support activities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, QM).
• Hands‑on experience in EWM configuration, process troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Proven track record of supporting and enhancing EWM solutions in complex, multinational environments.
