BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Lead to manage day-to-day performance, support and continuous improvement across Netherlands and Belgium. You will work with warehouse teams and IT specialists to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

The role combines hands-on functional support with project work, leading improvements and driving automation within the SAP environment. Hybrid working and regular site visits are available.

Qualificações

• Proven hands-on experience in SAP EWM functional consulting or a comparable internal SAP position.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes and their relationship with SAP functionality.
• Experience supporting SAP EWM within a live operational environment.
• Previous involvement in an SAP EWM implementation or ECC-to-S/4HANA migration would be advantageous
• Practical experience with SAP EWM; experience exclusively with older SAP WM systems will not be sufficient
• Confidence investigating system issues, managing priorities and taking ownership of improvements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with operational and technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay (PTP/P2P) and other connected SAP processes would be beneficial
• Experience with SAP interfaces and integrations would be advantageous
• Coding, debugging or other technical troubleshooting skills would be useful but are not essential
• An interest in automation, AI and continuous improvement would be welcomed
• Dutch language skills are preferred, alongside effective communication in English
• Relevant practical experience is prioritised over formal qualifications

Responsabilidades

• Take functional ownership of SAP EWM across warehouse operations in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Act as the main point of contact for SAP EWM support, troubleshooting and system improvements
• Ensure the reliability and performance of SAP functionality supporting daily warehouse operations
• Work closely with operational teams to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Investigate system issues, coordinate resolutions and minimise disruption to business operations
• Manage system changes and improvement requests, prioritising work according to operational requirements
• Lead warehouse optimisation projects aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy and order fulfilment
• Support system updates, enhancements and changes within the existing SAP S/4HANA environment
• Collaborate with colleagues responsible for purchasing, order management and other connected SAP processes
• Work with external consultants when additional technical expertise or resources are required
• Provide guidance and training to users, helping teams make effective use of SAP functionality
• Maintain system documentation and support the introduction of improved working processes
• Explore opportunities to introduce automation and other technologies to improve operational efficiency
