Job summary

Refresco in Rotterdam is seeking an SAP Change & Release Specialist to coordinate deployments across the SAP landscape, ensuring controlled movement of transports from development to production in line with change governance.

You will work with SAP consultants, developers, project teams, and business stakeholders, monitor deployments, and drive improvements to change and release processes as Refresco progresses its S/4HANA transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
• 4+ years of experience in an SAP environment.
• Experience with SAP change management, SAP Solution Manager, transport management or release management.
• Good understanding of SAP transports and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Deploy SAP transports for multiple systems and environments.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants, developers, project teams and business stakeholders to prepare and execute releases.
• Monitor deployments and coordinate timely resolutions of issues.
• Support project implementations and go-lives by ensuring SAP changes are deployed successfully.
• Help maintain and improve change management processes using SAP Solution Manager and ITSM tools.
• Communicate release planning, progress and risks to technical and business stakeholders.
• Train and support stakeholders on Change Management processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve change and release processes for increased efficiency.
