Eswelt is seeking an experienced Salesforce Security & Data Privacy Specialist for an international Salesforce transformation project. The role emphasizes ensuring GDPR compliance and security standards as two Salesforce environments are consolidated into one unified platform.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Salesforce security architecture, data privacy and GDPR compliance.
• Review existing security configurations, including permission sets, profiles, sharing rules and access controls.
• Provide guidance on Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity management.
• Identify security and privacy risks during the consolidation of two Salesforce orgs.
• Review proposed designs and solutions to ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, business stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing oversight rather than taking responsibility for hands-on development.

For an international organisation undergoing a large-scale Salesforce transformation, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Security & Data Privacy Specialist. The organisation is consolidating two Salesforce environments into one unified platform. A key challenge is ensuring consistent security standards and GDPR compliance, as one of the existing environments does not yet meet the required privacy standards. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance, oversight and expertise to the internal Salesforce team and external implementation partners.
