Eswelt is urgently seeking an IT Change Manager for an international Salesforce transformation. The role is 100% remote with 24-40 hours per week, starting early January 2027 for an initial 6-month period with possible extension.

You will lead change activities, translate system changes into business impact, and drive adoption across multiple departments. Collaboration with Salesforce teams, PMs, process owners, and partners is essential.

Urgently searching for an IT Change Manager!

International Salesforce Transformation | Fully Remote | 24-40 hours per week For an international organisation undergoing a major Salesforce transformation, we are looking for an experienced IT Change Manager. The organisation is working on a large-scale transformation involving the consolidation of two Salesforce environments and changes to existing business processes. These developments will impact multiple departments, stakeholders and ways of working. We are looking for someone who understands the business impact of Salesforce transformations and knows how to translate system changes into successful organisational adoption.

• Lead change management activities within an international Salesforce transformation programme.
• Translate Salesforce-related changes into clear business impact and actionable change plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication and user adoption across business departments.
• Support business teams in adapting to new processes, systems and ways of working.
• Work closely with Salesforce teams, project managers, business process owners and implementation partners.
• Identify resistance to change and develop strategies to support a smooth transition.

• Ensure business stakeholders are informed, engaged and prepared for upcoming changes.Your profile
• Proven experience as an IT Change Manager, preferably within Salesforce transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and its impact on business processes, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience in organisational change, stakeholder management and user adoption.
• Experience with complex international IT transformations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect IT teams with business stakeholders.
• Experience with carve-outs, mergers, organisational restructuring or business process harmonisation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP transformations is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent command of English.
• Pragmatic, proactive and comfortable working across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Start: Early January 2027, potentially December 2026
• Duration: Initially 6 months, with an option to extend
