You will prospect new clients, conduct meetings, provide market insights, and execute trades while staying ahead of trends in a fast-paced international environment. The role offers growth opportunities and a performance-based bonus potential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial background with interest in markets and commodities.
• Native-level proficiency in Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, or Slovak, plus English fluency.
• Experience in client-facing roles such as broker or sales trader is desirable.
• Experience with cold calling and prospecting is advantageous.
• Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with competitive drive and determination to succeed.

The Role

Your role as a Sales Trader (Eastern European Market) will focus on building your own client portfolio and providing strategic trade solutions to support your clients in meeting their environmental compliance objectives.

You will actively engage in outreach and prospecting through cold calling and client meetings.

• Develop and grow your client base through direct prospecting, including cold calling and networking;
• Engage with clients via phone, online, and in-person meetings to understand their needs;
• Identify and execute trade opportunities;
• Be the go-to expert for your clients, providing them with daily pricing and market insights;
• Stay ahead of market trends and financial news. Keep up to date with our products and new developments.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field;
• A strong financial background with a keen interest in markets and commodities;
• Native-level proficiency in Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, or Slovak, along with fluency in English, is essential;
• Proven experience in a client-facing role such as a broker or sales trader is highly desirable.
• Experience with cold calling and prospecting is also advantageous;
