CAPITAL ASSET EXCHANGE & TRADING LLC. is establishing an Amsterdam Desk and seeks a Sales Trader to originate and execute high-volume buy/sell transactions in global semiconductor markets.

You will drive revenue through outbound outreach and fast deal cycles on an international stage. This role suits a proven sales or brokerage professional who thrives in a high-pressure trading floor, leveraging data analytics and strong client relationships to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• 2+ years of sales, brokerage, or client-facing experience with proven revenue generation.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Residency in The Randstad, Netherlands – will be opening an office.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• A competitive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, contact, and build relationships with counterparties across global markets (heavy outreach, cold calling, and business development).
• Identify and execute profitable buy/sell transactions, leveraging CAE’s proprietary data and analytics.
• Conduct market and pricing research to identify new trading opportunities.
• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements between buyers and sellers.
• Lead transaction execution in coordination with internal analytics and settlement teams.
• Continuously expand your client base and contribute directly to team revenue goals.

You’ll be part of our Europe expansion, connecting buyers and sellers across global semiconductor markets while driving revenue through high-volume transactional activity.
