Undutchables is looking for a proactive Sales Support to back our Account Managers and Inside Sales team. You will handle sales orders and contracts, and create quotations for regular clients.

You will maintain client relationships after deals, use your commercial skills to cross- and upsell, and keep clients updated on order status while coordinating with logistics to solve delivery issues. Join a dynamic team and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Account Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Managing the sales orders and contracts
• Creating and managing quotations for your regular clients
• Maintaining the relationship with these clients after the deal has been closed: using your commercial skills to cross and up-sell
• Updating your clients on the status of their order, and communicating with logistics to solve delivery issues
