Econowind is seeking a Sales Secretary to support the Commercial team, organize meetings, and document action points. The role focuses on enabling the team to work efficiently in a fast-growing, sustainable maritime tech company.

It offers a hands-on, no-nonsense work environment and flexibility to work from home partially. You will assist with meeting preparation, agendas, minutes, and content updates, while ensuring all sales materials are clear and ready to use.

Qualifikationen

• MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking.
• 2 years of relevant experience in a support/secretarial role.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with initiative and follow-through.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, strong written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action lists for the CCO and Commercial team.
• Translate discussions into clear next steps and follow up on actions.
• Keep commercial documents and systems accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate customer visits, events and internal meetings; handle practical arrangements.
