Job summary

Mondrio, an Amsterdam-based pricing startup, seeks a Sales & Marketing Intern to join the founding team. You will gain real ownership from day one, and see the impact of your work in both sales outreach and marketing content.

This hands-on role offers direct access to founders and a chance to contribute across campaigns and events while studying. Based in Amsterdam, you will craft outreach, build materials, and help plan events, all while learning about B2B software and startup growth in a

About The Role

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to join us in Amsterdam. This is a hands-on role: you will work directly with the founding team, get real ownership from day one, and see the impact of your work immediately.

What You Will Do

Sales support

• Help craft and send cold outreach campaigns to target accounts
• Research prospects and identify the right contacts to reach
• Track outreach performance and help iterate on what's working

Marketing & content

• Create marketing materials: from videos, to social posts and blogs
• Support Mondrio's brand and visual design (templates, assets, website)
• Help plan and organise events: from small meetups to larger dinners

General

• Be a generalist contributor: if something needs doing and you can do it, you'll go for it
• Bring ideas and have the autonomy to run with them

What We're Looking For

• Based in Amsterdam
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program - Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
• You're organised, proactive, and don't wait to be told what to do
• You can write clearly and compellingly in emails, in decks, wherever
• Genuinely curious about B2B software, startups, or sales
