Job summary

PepsiCo BeNeLux invites near-graduates to a summer internship from 27 July 2026 to 31 January 2027. You’ll work on meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and grow through hands-on experience within a collaborative culture.

Join a cohort of about 30 interns and help establish a new independent supermarket channel, support daily sales processes, and build analyses with the Analytics team. Internship compensation of 550€/month and travel reimbursement, plus a work-from-home toolkit, are provided.

Qualifications

• Independent working with prioritization of tasks.
• Data-driven analyses using Excel & Power BI.
• Proactive in taking on tasks and willing to try different approaches.
• Passion for PepsiCo brands.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity to learn.
• Final year student or within 3 months of internship to complete studies.
• Fluent in Dutch, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Help establish a new channel for PepsiCo in independent supermarkets, combining entrepreneurship with a large commercial organization.
• Provide support in daily sales processes, both in the field and at headquarters.
• Set up and maintain analyses and scorecards with the Analytics team to monitor the business and strengthen collaboration with customers.
• Independently manage cross-functional projects at the intersection of sales, shopper marketing, and logistics.
• Develop professional skills such as communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork.
