Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a finance business partner to Sales.
• Background in Technology and/or PE-backed environments strongly preferred.
• Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance business partner to Sales leadership.
• Provide commercial insight on revenue and performance trends.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track commercial performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlooks with a strong sales focus.
• Deliver monthly performance analysis and clear variance explanations.
