Job summary

Russell Tobin is op zoek naar een Sales Engineer die klanten adviseert en commerciële kansen verder uitbouwt binnen de procesindustrie. Je combineert techniek en commercie, bezoekt klanten in de regio en vertaalt wensen naar technische oplossingen.

De rol biedt een salaris tot €70.000 bruto per jaar, een 15% bonus, een bedrijfsauto en een ruime internationale werkomgeving met ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden. Standplaats is flexibel binnen regio Utrecht / Flevoland / Gelderland.

Qualifications

• Uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties en new business ontwikkelen.
• Adviseren vanuit een consultative selling aanpak.
• Bezoeken van klanten en bespreken van technische vraagstukken.
• Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar passende technische oplossingen.
• Beheren van de sales pipeline, offertes en leads.
• Werken aan groei binnen olie & gas, pharma en food & beverage.
• Signalen van marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe commerciële kansen.

Responsibilities

Wat ga je doen?

• Uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties en ontwikkelen van new business
• Adviseren vanuit een consultative selling aanpak
• Bezoeken van klanten en bespreken van technische vraagstukken
• Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar passende technische oplossingen
• Beheren van de sales pipeline, offertes en leads
• Werken aan groei binnen onder andere olie & gas, pharma en food & beverage
• Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe commerciële kansen

Wie zoeken wij?

• Technische hbo-opleiding of vergelijkbare technische ervaring
• Ervaring in technische sales binnen de procesindustrie
• Ervaring met industriële equipment, pompen, flow of vergelijkbare oplossingen is een pré
• Commercieel sterk en ondernemend
• Sterk in relatiebeheer en consultative selling
• Bereid om regelmatig klanten binnen jouw regio te bezoeken
