Job summary

Rolls-Royce Solutions Benelux B.V. in Dordrecht is seeking a Sales Engineer – EPC contracts to support the tender phase of complex projects, combining contract management with technical expertise.

You will work with the Sales & Project team from opportunity to contract award. The role requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in project or engineering environments, and strong Dutch and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level, preferably in a technical field (HBO or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience in a project or engineering environment, preferably with contract management, cost calculations and commercial proposals
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• A proactive, structured and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret tender and contract documentation, identifying risks, obligations, and deviations
• Coordinate contractual and technical alignment with internal stakeholders and external advisors where needed
• Translate client requirements into technical and functional solutions in collaboration with the sales and engineering team
• Ensure alignment between technical scope, cost calculations, specifications, and contractual commitments
• Work in line with internal processes, quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of tender and contract management practices

For our office in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for a:

Sales Engineer – EPC contracts (m/f)

(Fulltime | 40 hours)

As a Sales Engineer, you play a key role in the tender phase of complex EPC projects, combining contract management with technical expertise. You support the Sales & Project team throughout the commercial process, from initial opportunity to contract award and handover. You are an integral part of the Sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales. Every day is different — and always connected to building future‑ready energy solutions.

In this role you will
