Rolls-Royce Solutions Benelux B.V. in Dordrecht invites applications for a Sales Engineer – EPC contracts (m/f). This fulltime role focuses on the tender phase of complex EPC projects, balancing contract management with technical insight, and reporting to the Head of Sales.

You will support the Sales & Project team throughout the commercial process, from opportunity to award and handover, in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or HBO equivalent.
• 5+ years in a project/engineering environment with contract management, cost calculations and commercial proposals.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Proactive, structured and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret tender and contract documentation, identifying risks, obligations, and deviations.
• Coordinate contractual and technical alignment with internal stakeholders and external advisors where needed.
• Translate client requirements into technical and functional solutions with sales and engineering teams.
• Ensure alignment between technical scope, cost calculations, specifications, and contractual commitments.
• Work in line with internal processes, quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of tender and contract management practices.

For our office in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for a:

Sales Engineer – EPC contracts (m/f)

(Fulltime | 40 hours)

As a Sales Engineer, you play a key role in the tender phase of complex EPC projects, combining contract management with technical expertise. You support the Sales & Project team throughout the commercial process, from initial opportunity to contract award and handover. You are an integral part of the Sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales. Every day is different — and always connected to building future-ready energy solutions.

In this role you will

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
