Job summary

Adidas in Rotterdam is seeking a Sales Consultant for a part-time 20-hour shift. You will greet customers, help them find the right gear, and act as a brand ambassador, delivering energetic service in line with adidas values.

You will contribute to visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store goals, while maintaining knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness. Weekend/evening flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sport or fashion retail is preferred.
• Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
• Motivated by targets and knowledge of store KPIs.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
