Job summary

Adidas in the Netherlands is seeking a customer‑focused retail associate to welcome customers, answer questions and guide purchases. You will work with a dynamic team to meet store goals, manage replenishment, and uphold adidas standards. Training and development are offered to grow product knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
