Timberland Roosendaal Outlet is hiring a Sales Associate on a full-time basis for 1 year, starting 1 October with a 37.5-hour week. You’ll deliver memorable customer experiences, develop product knowledge, and keep merchandising aligned with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• You have previous experience in a customer-facing retail environment, ideally within fashion, footwear, apparel, or lifestyle brands
• You are able to work until store closing 2 to 3 times per week
• You have flexible availability to work either Saturdays or Sundays, depending on store needs
• You enjoy interacting with customers and bring energy, enthusiasm, and a hands-on mentality to the shop floor
• You have a positive can-do attitude and face challenges with professionalism
• You are passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail in general
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
• You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary

• Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store
• Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market
• Following all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room
