Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a customer-focused retail team member in the Netherlands to greet guests, operate the cash register, and maintain a welcoming store environment. You will learn and apply LEGO Brand Retail visual standards while delivering a high level of service.

You will support stockroom duties, assist with receiving merchandise, and help promote promotions and loyalty programs. This role emphasizes customer engagement and teamwork in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to learn store policies and procedures.
• Comfort with handling cash and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Job Description Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
