Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking guest-focused team members in Den Haag to deliver an outstanding signature experience in LEGO stores. You will greet customers, perform all cash register functions, and maintain a welcoming, engaging atmosphere while following LEGO Brand Retail standards.

You will ensure a clean store, help manage stock, and assist in receiving merchandise, with a strong emphasis on safety and visual merchandising. Hybrid work policy discussed during recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and operate all cash register functions with a professional, friendly manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment and follow LEGO Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely operate the stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, and follow safety regulations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to management
• Engage customers and promote promotional materials and loyalty programs
• Perform routine store operations tasks as needed

Job description

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• C ustomer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
