Job summary

Blue Tomato GmbH in The Hague is seeking a customer‑focused team member for an hourly shop position. You will warmly welcome customers, advise on products, and help them find the perfect snowboard, bindings, or streetwear. You will also assist with stock, merchandising, and cashier duties.

Expect ongoing product trainings and a supportive team culture that values initiative and personal growth in a casual environment.

Our Requirements

• Initial experience or completed apprenticeship in retail is a plus but not required – what matters most is that you are motivated and eager to learn
• You love the snowboard/ski lifestyle and know what matters when choosing the right products – either drawn from your own experience or from your knowledge of the scene
• You are communicative, curious, and actively engage with customers to offer excellent customer service
• You value teamwork, respect, and maintaining a positive atmosphere
• You are interested in a long-term collaboration, bring initiative, and want to develop both personally and professionally
