Job summary

Grupo Pampling is hiring a Sales Assistant for its Pampling&Wituka Maastricht store. The role offers 30 hours per week in rotating shifts, starting 28 September, for a 7-month period. Prior customer service experience and good English level are valued.

You will assist customers, handle inquiries, support stock and warehouse tasks, and help maintain store presentation in line with brand identity.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to incorporate a Sales Assistant for our store in Pampling&Wituka Maastricht, with availability of 30 hours a week, in rotating shifts starting on the 28th of September and for a duration of a period of 7 months. Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued.

Main responsibilities

Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.

Handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage sales transactions at the checkout.
