Job summary

Angst+Pfister AG in Zoetermeer is seeking a driven sales professional to expand the Belgian OEM market. You will combine technical insight with sales expertise to win leading customers in sealing technology for food & beverage, process, drinking water and industry.

You'll initiate market development plans, collaborate with clients’ technical teams to design tailored solutions, and report to the General Manager in Holland. Travel up to 50% and monthly visits to Zoetermeer are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Business required.
• 5+ years in B2B solution sales, key account management, and technical project management.
• Experience in sealing technology or similar industry is advantageous.
• Strong sales-oriented, independent personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to present ideas to different audiences and communicate at various business levels.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Dutch and English skills; French advantageous.
• Flexibility to work in a satellite office, responsibility for Belgian market, reporting to GM in Holland; comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within region and monthly to Zoetermeer for reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the OEM business to drive strategic direction and accelerate growth for the Belgian market.
• Win leading customers in sealing technology segments such as food & beverage, process, drinking water and general industry.
• Initiate sales initiatives and customer development plans to accelerate growth.
• Work with clients' technical teams to design and develop solutions to their challenges.
• Provide input on market development to realize successful placement of customer solutions in cooperation with the team.
