Job summary

A2G Consulting BV (A2G Technologies) is seeking an experienced SailPoint NERM Architect to design and implement secure, scalable solutions for Non-Employee Identity & Risk Management in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role emphasizes governance, integrations and risk-based access controls for vendors, contractors and external users.

You will collaborate with IAM, Security, Risk, Compliance, HR and Procurement to define architecture, lifecycle processes and onboarding workflows, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IAM / Identity Governance experience.
• Strong experience with SailPoint NERM or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of non-employee identity lifecycle management.
• Experience managing identities for vendors, contractors, partners, and external users.
• Knowledge of vendor lifecycle management and compliance.
• Experience with API integrations and identity federation.
• Strong understanding of security, risk, and access governance.
• Experience with risk-based access controls, access reviews, and certifications.

Responsibilities

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint NERM Architect to design and implement secure, scalable solutions for Non-Employee Identity & Risk Management.

This role is ideal for an IAM professional with strong experience in SailPoint NERM, identity governance, third-party risk management, and security controls.

• Design and define architecture for SailPoint NERM (Non-Employee Risk Management).

• Experience managing identities for vendors, contractors, partners, and external users.
• Knowledge of vendor lifecycle management and compliance.
• Experience with API integrations and identity federation.
• Strong understanding of security, risk, and access governance.
• Experience with risk-based access controls, access reviews, and certifications.
• Strong architecture, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Exposure to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platforms.
• Experience with enterprise IAM/IGA implementations.
• Background in large-scale enterprise environments.
