Dbsearch is seeking a Safety Advisor for the construction sector in Groningen, Netherlands. The role operates on a 17/4 rotation with weekends off, involving on-site safety management for lifting, electrical works, and cranes at a data centre project.

You will implement SMS, prepare risk assessments, and advise management on Method Statements and toolbox talks while maintaining EHS records and dashboards. Travel to Groningen is required, with accommodation, meals, and flights covered.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in EHS or related field.
• On-site experience in safety for electrical, cranes and lifting works.
• Willingness to travel to Groningen on 17/4 roster.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing Safety Management System (SMS).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Prepare safety statements, risk assessments and method statements.
• Advise site management with Method Statements and Toolbox Talks.
• Support environmental monitoring and waste management.
• Maintain EHS records and training logs.
• Prepare safety documentation and reports.
• Promote proactive EHS culture through internal campaigns.
