Job summary

Snap Inc. in Eindhoven is seeking an experienced RTL Design Engineer to design and implement AI-focused IPs for wearable hardware. You will work closely with architecture and verification teams to deliver cutting-edge IPs that power Snap devices.

The role requires a MSc in electrical engineering and 5+ years of RTL experience, plus strong scripting skills (Python/C/C++), DFx know-how, ECC and MBIST experience.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in related field such as electrical engineering or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in RTL hardware design and/or verification.
• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art RTL design methodologies and languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL).
• Experience with DfX, MBIST+Repair, yield enhancement, test patterns, memory ECC and debug infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI IPs for wearable hardware at Snap.
• Follow the development cycle: micro-architecture, RTL design, synthesis, PPA optimization.
• Debug designs with the verification team and maintain regression/test flows.
• Collaborate with neural network, AI compiler, and OS teams.
• Produce clear documentation and contribute to team growth.
