Biospan is seeking an independent private chef to join BioCheffing, working directly with private clients in the Rotterdam area. The role involves cooking in clients’ home kitchens, shopping for organic ingredients, and preparing healthy meals using Biospan menus.

The ideal candidate is proficient in South Asian cuisines, fluent in Dutch or English, and has knowledge of halal sourcing and nutrition for varying age groups. Frequent travel to Rotterdam and occasional event support are expected.

About Biospan & BioCheffing Biospan offers a unique private chef and nutrition service called BioCheffing. As a BioChef, you will work with private clients, using Biospan menus, shopping for organic ingredients, and preparing healthy meals.

What we're looking for?

• Independent private chef (no agencies, platforms, or multi-chef collectives - single operators only)
• Pakistani or Indian background, or demonstrably deep South Asian cooking repertoire
• Based in or near Rotterdam, or willing to travel there weekly
• Comfortable cooking in a client's home kitchen (large kitchen, outdoor grill available)
• Halal sourcing as standard practice
• Health-literate: understands cooking for older adults, blood sugar management, and ingredient substitution without losing flavour
• Flexible: occasional freezer batch prep and guest event support alongside the core service
• Dutch or English speaking (Urdu/Punjabi a bonus - the mother's English is limited)
• Pay: €250-350 EUR (can go up for the right/perfect chef).
• Groceries are reimbursed.
