Job summary

BAQME is expanding its Rotterdam fleet and seeks a proactive Fleet Agent to keep our e-cargo bike network running smoothly in the city.

You will patrol, spot issues, perform quick maintenance, and ensure bikes are ready for daily use. The role requires 15–24 hours per week, with shifts on Fridays and Saturdays; Dutch is a plus, and a driving license (van experience a plus) is helpful. BAQME offers a dynamic environment with direct access to management and opportunities to grow into operations.

Qualifications

• Live in Rotterdam or nearby.
• Driver's license; van experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the e-cargo bike fleet on the ground.
• Spot issues during patrols and perform quick maintenance.
• Ensure bikes are charged, properly parked, and ready for use.
• Work shifts of 5–8 hours with Fridays and Saturdays.
