Job summary

BAQME is expanding its team in Amsterdam. We are seeking an autonomous Fleet Agent to maintain and optimize our e-cargo bike fleet across the city, while riding an e-cargo bike to monitor performance and fix issues on the ground.

You will balance responsibility and fun as you check batteries, track bikes, perform quick maintenance, and ensure fleet availability. A driver’s license is required, van experience is a plus, and Dutch is a bonus.

Qualifications

• You must be able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic urban environment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is required; van driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to commit long term and work fixed days during the week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the BAQME e-cargo bike fleet in Amsterdam.
• Inspect bikes, manage batteries, fix issues, and report maintenance needs.
• Be the on‑street eyes and ears for fleet health and safety.
