Responsibilities

As a Rooms Division Coordinator, you will mainly assist the Styling (Housekeeping) department, keeping the office organized, ensuring clear communication, and helping the team stay aligned. You play a key role in making sure rooms are ready on time and our guests enjoy the highest level of service.

In addition, you will support the Front Office and Loss Prevention teams, helping the wider Rooms Division run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Security and external partners to keep the operation running smoothly
• Support supervisors with briefings, updates, guest requests, and issue resolution
• Respond to internal and external communication in a timely and professional manner
• Keep the Housekeeping office organised, stocked, and well‑documented
• Handle guest requests or complaints calmly, confidently, and with a strong service mindset

Qualifications

We are searching for a highly organised, proactive, and service‑focused individual who enjoys being at the centre of the operation. You are confident communicating with different departments, able to prioritise during busy periods, and have a strong understanding of Housekeeping flow.

A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand‑new lobby bar, bakery & restaurant and a rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference centre will be constructed.
