Job summary

House of Work is hiring a Job Coach to support Romanian-speaking employees on-site at various work locations. You will be the main point of contact, visiting workplaces, answering questions, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and internal teams.

You will collaborate with Recruitment, Planning and Account Management to address issues, coordinate actions, and maintain up-to-date administrative records.

Qualifications

• Romanian language proficiency.
• Dutch language proficiency.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Valid driving license (category B).

Responsibilities

• Visit work locations regularly to stay connected with Romanian-speaking employees.
• Be the main contact for Romanian-speaking temporary employees and respond to work-related questions.
• Coordinate with the House of Work Account Manager and other departments for important matters.
• Keep administrative tasks up to date while staying visible on the work floor.
