Job summary

Rostudios in Groningen seeks a Roform instructor to lead 50‑minute Roform Pilates‑inspired classes using our reformer machines, guiding mobility, strength and flexibility for participants.

The role requires completing Rostudios’ Roform Training Programme; experienced instructors progress faster. You must be available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to ongoing studio operations after training.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Pilates experience is a big plus.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work standard business hours, as well as early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead an energetic Roform class creating an authentic experience for our community.
• Cultivate and maintain strong connections with gliders and team members, representing the brand positively whilst in the studio.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times: be on time, work well within a team and are reliable.
• Maintain exceptional standards of hospitality and inclusiveness in every interaction.
