Job Description
Hey there! Welcome, my name is Larissa, I am the Head of Concepts at Rostudios. I am here to explain what the instructing role looks like with ROFORM, which hopefully encourages you to take on the challenge. At Rostudios, we believe movement has the power to transform lives. With two concepts under our roof – Rocycle and Roform – we’re looking to connect with instructors who are excited about the opportunity to teach both formats.
ROFORM offers an immersive, Pilates‑inspired group class. Over the course of a 50‑minute workout, you will engage both your body and mind using our custom‑made reformer machines. Roform emphasizes mobility, strength, and flexibility, sculpting your body and building your strongest version. As a Roform instructor, you are creating that space for people. You encourage the room to challenge themselves physically and mentally, in a way that fits what they need from the room.
Roform Training Programme
Our training program runs through eight stages. To successfully complete it, you must demonstrate the necessary skills in each stage. Your instructing experience will determine how quickly you progress. For experienced instructors with Pilates or other fitness concepts, you are more likely to progress within two weeks. For those new to instructing, expect the training to run for four to five weeks.
Training is divided into two parts:
- Part One: Online training modules – The rate of completion of the online learning modules is dependent on candidate experience; expect this to take at least 20 hours to complete. You can learn at your own place, provided it is completed before the start of practical training.
- Part Two: In‑person training – In‑person training will run for four weeks (depending on the candidate’s prior experience and development pace). Practice yourself in the studio, applying feedback you have received from the coaching team. Training will take place in a group setting, while allowing for individual adjustments based on experience level. Sessions will be scheduled in structured morning and afternoon blocks on weekdays – during the hours of 08:00–18:00. Exact training hours will be specified to you during the audition.
Your Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Pilates experience is a big plus.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work standard business hours, as well as early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays (as an instructor, not just during training).
- Teach a minimum of 6–9 classes per week. We generally schedule in two to four class blocks, three to four times a week on a fixed schedule.
- No vacation planned longer than one week during training and for the following three months from training completion.
- Availability submitted at the time of hire must be adhered to for at least four months.
