• Successful completion of Roform Training Programme.
• Flexible schedule availability for standard business hours, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Teach 6-9 classes per week consistently.

• Cultivate strong connections with gliders and team members.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and inclusiveness.
