Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an RMA/RTV Coordinator to work closely with all related departments to expedite customer requests and meet tight schedules.

You will review RTV items, process in the RMA Service System, coordinate packaging and shipping, and update inventory accordingly. The role emphasizes accurate communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent working experience preferred.
• At least 1 year’s experience in electronics or computer industry as material handler preferred.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication and organization skills.
• Detail oriented with good time management.
• Able to multitask with effective decision making; independent and a strong team player.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Reviewing and receiving the RTV products from customers and internal departments.
• Processing RTV products in RMA Service System.
• Packaging and shipping coordination of incoming and outgoing RMA parts.
• Transferring the RTV products returned by the vendor to designated locations.
• Updating the inventory on RTV postings for shipping and receiving of RTV products.

Qualifications
