Job summary

Fitura invites an experienced Risk & Compliance Officer to strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance as part of the SRC team. You will lead data analytics, design Power BI dashboards, and translate requirements into KPI-driven reporting for executives.

In Arnhem, the role combines SRC expertise with analytics to support the expansion of the electricity grid, collaborating with audit, governance, and risk stakeholders to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Information Technology, Information Security, General Security, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Security, Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management.
• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, oBoard, KPI frameworks, and data modeling.
• Demonstrable working background within IT and Information Security Risk Management environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Key Results framework in oBoard and track progress and dependencies.
• Governance & Compliance Monitoring: track remediation actions and compliance initiatives.
• Data Analytics & Dashboard Development: design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Executive Reporting: deliver reports on risk trends and compliance statuses.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with Security, Risk, Compliance, Governance and Audit teams.
