Job summary

Itproposal is seeking a Test Analyst in The Hague, Netherlands, for a fixed-term role from 1 October 2026 to 1 October 2028, with 32-36 hours per week. You will improve test coverage across a complex IT environment and focus on risk-based regression test scripts for key applications.

You will identify risks, design test scenarios, and collaborate with administrators, developers, and users to ensure quality and process improvements. Strong communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Experience with risk-based testing and regression testing.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining test scripts.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies such as TMap or ISTQB.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
• Government or municipal experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applications, business processes, and changes from a quality and risk perspective.
• Identify risks and determine appropriate test coverage.
• Create, document, and maintain regression test scripts.
• Design and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Record and report test results, defects, and quality risks.
• Work closely with functional administrators, developers, project teams, and users.
• Contribute to improving application quality and test processes.
