Job summary

Lovisa Pty Ltd seeks a Zone Manager for the Netherlands to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences across Lovisa stores nationwide. You will lead Regional Managers and Store Managers, implementing the country-wide vision and coaching teams to meet Lovisa directives and KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-site management, and travel within the country; Dutch fluency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional managers to coach and develop Store Managers across the country.
• Translate Lovisa's global strategy into a country-wide vision and action plan.
• Conduct regular store visits, coach performance, and set clear objectives.
• Maintain clear communication through morning calls, action plans, and meetings.
• Recruit and develop a passionate, customer-focused team with succession planning.
• Optimize rostering to reduce costs and ensure right staffing levels.
• Minimize shrinkage by enforcing Lovisa security and loss prevention practices.
• Travel within the country and internationally as required.
• Champion Lovisa's Cultural Commitments through leadership and actions.

The role:

The lead role in The Netherlands, the Zone Manager position is responsible for the achievement of Sales Growth on Last Year by providing outstanding customer experience in all stores throughout the country.

• Leading the Regional Managers to effectively coach and develop the Store Manager population. Advising the Regional Managers on how to drive their business commercially and remain compliant with all HR and ER regulations
• Take the Lovisa global strategy and implement a country-wide vision and action plan that drives continued growth and behaviours to reach the specified goals.
• Effective store visits. Evaluate and coach the performance of the Regional and Store Managers, through coaching and utilising the reports available, and set clear objectives to achieve Lovisa directives and benchmarks.
• Ensure communication, through morning calls, written action plans, internal system notices and one-on-one meetings is clear and consistent, with an aim to coach and develop your team.
• Recruit passionate and customer focused team to develop and succession-plan through Lovisa.
• Reduce unnecessary costs, through effective rostering - the right people at the right time.
• Focus on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Team follow the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practise.
• Travel within the country and/or Internationally based on the needs of the business.
• Promote and reinforce Lovisa 10+1 Cultural Commitments and be an example for your team through leadership, behaviours, attitude and actions

Skills, knowledge and personal qualities required:

The successful Zone Manager will have previously led managers of managers, in a fast paced retail environment for a company with its own store network.

• Ability to multi-site manage in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• A positive can-do attitude at all times, whilst listening, challenging and directing
• Coachable in all aspects, flexible and proactive in style
• Contribute positively and energetically to group meetings and Lovisa events
• Being Fluent in Dutch will be an advantage as the leader of official business matters in the Netherlands
