Job summary

TK Maxx in Rotterdam is seeking a Team Leader for our department store. You will lead shop floor operations, guide teammates, and ensure a treasure-hunt shopping experience for customers.

This role offers a contract with fixed hours (32-38 per week), a competitive salary, a performance bonus, 8% holiday pay, 25 days holidays, travel reimbursement from 10 km, and extensive training plus a benefits package including pension, healthcare and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Flexibility to relocate locations occasionally.

Responsibilities

• You are the point of contact for shop-floor colleagues and handle complex customer queries.
• Instructing, managing, coaching and guiding your colleagues to improve performance.
• You help open and close the shop.
• Collaborate with the store team to create an engaging, treasure-hunt environment and share improvement ideas with the store manager.
