Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the Netherlands seeks a General Merchandise Associate to ensure products are stocked, displays are updated, and the store runs smoothly. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by maintaining cleanliness, following procedures, and providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include replenishment, planograms, inventory procedures, and executing shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals by ensuring tasks are completed and merchandise is available.
• Follow compliance and execution goals for stock, shifts, and inventories.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Engage in ongoing brand and product education to support sales.
• Adhere to company policies, dress code, and operations procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and stock checks.
• Keep the sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, back area, and break area clean.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention practices and guest service.
• Perform other operational tasks as directed.
