Goodwill Industries of West Michigan, Inc. seeks a devoted team member to assist in daily store operations, merchandising, pricing, and inventory control. You will also manage reporting, training, and adherence to GIWM policies.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, volunteers, and clients, while maintaining safety, security, and loss prevention measures. Occasional overtime and travel to other stores may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in retail operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist store management with daily retail operations.
• Handle merchandising, display, pricing and inventory rotation.
• Provide sales reports and timely retail information.
• Oversee personnel, clients and volunteers in the store.
• Direct training and enforce GIWM policies daily.
• Ensure grounds/building maintenance; report repairs as needed.
• Enhance security and loss prevention measures.
• Adhere to OSHA/MIOSHA safety requirements and GIWM rules.
• Perform Lead Cashier/Retail Associate duties when required.
